Lemon Italian Ice

When Guy shared his love for summers in the Northeast — family fun at the boardwalk with a cup of lemony Italian ice in hand — we couldn’t wait to dive in. We knew we needed tart yet sweet – a familiar Lemon combo but a tricky balance to strike. We fine-tuned the sour flavors to add fresh Lemon pucker as well as the sweet flavors for balance and extra complexity. At last, it was time to take in the fresh, lemony aroma and be transported to a place where summer never ends!
