Hawaiian Sunset
To craft our Mai Tai mocktail, we began with the tiki classic recipe that started it all – a deceptively simple cocktail loved at sunsets around the world. Though only typically three ingredients, it took 110 iterations to strike the right balance of all three – lime, orange and rum. In the end, we swapped in sharp lime for brightness, switched the rum notes to a darker, aged variety, and added a touch of sweet cherry. Our tasters couldn’t believe it was alcohol-free!
