Cherry Citrus Slush
Waterloo Lemon Lime Sparkling Water
1 oz Yuzu Puree
½ tsp Matcha Powder
Fresh Mint sprig
Lemon Peel
In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint and yuzu puree. Add Lemon Lime Sparkling Water, matcha powder, 1 cup ice and shake until well chilled and matcha is dissolved. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon twist.
