

Pineapple Lemon Italian Ice
Ingredients
24oz Waterloo Lemon Italian Ice Sparkling Water
2 cups Fresh Pineapple
2oz Lemon Italian Ice Simple Syrup
Raspberries
*Lemon Italian Ice Simple Syrup
8oz Waterloo Lemon Italian Ice Sparkling Water
1 cup sugar
Directions
Blend pineapple and simple syrup until smooth. Slowly add Waterloo and continue blending. Transfer to a large container and freeze, stirring every 30 minutes, until desired consistency is reached. If too frozen, let sit for 15-25 minutes before scooping. Drizzle with extra Lemon Italian Ice Simple Syrup before serving.
For Lemon Italian Ice Simple Syrup
Combine sugar and Waterloo in a small saucepan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until sugar is fully dissolved. Avoid overheating. Cool and store in a sealed jar in the fridge.
