Pomegranate Açaí
Herbal Pom Açaí No-Groni
3 oz Waterloo Pomegranate Açaí Sparkling Water
1 oz Pear Juice
1 oz Chamomile-Lavender Tea
1 tsp Simple Syrup
Fresh Asian Pear

In advance, steep one chamomile-lavender tea bag in 4 oz water for 10 minutes and let cool. Crush edible flowers on a small plate. Dip an up glass in a shallow dish of water or juice to wet the rim, then to the plate of edible flowers. Add ice to a cocktail shaker, and then the tea, pear juice and simple syrup. Shake and then strain into rimmed glass and top with Waterloo Pomegranate Açaí. Garnish with a thin slice of Asian pear.
Add 1 oz vodka or gin.
